Shot on Dead is a two-part gothic short film series commissioned by RED Digital Cinema and a prequel to the award-winning Before the Sun.

Told through two interconnected stories set during Halloween and Christmas, the films follow Sebastian, a centuries-old vampire haunted by the voices of those he has lost.

Blending handcrafted marionette puppetry, miniature sets and atmospheric cinematography, Shot on Dead explores love, loss and regret, leading us to the beginning of Sebastian's end.
