07.11.09 - production begins on "knowledge in fibers"

over july 11th and 12th we filmed the music video for "knowledge in fibers". It was a good shoot with a small crew. I'm getting into some blue screen and motion tracking which is exciting but a bit nerve racking. We filmed in colin and jay's photo studio which worked great for this little project. I plan on contracting some small animation sequences and also some matte paintings. all-in-all it was a very productive weekend - thanks to all how came out and helped on the video - much apperciated as always. Video will hopefully be done in december 2009 ... I'm going to pick away at it.

06.01.09 - no eddie this year ... next year!

It was so much fun at the big rock eddies! very cool seeing the poster up on the big screen and hearing the feedback from the others! Lots of great submissions this year - looking back I'm really glad I took the time to come up with something for the contest. I'm going to start brainstorming now for the 2010 Eddies.

05.01.09 - designing a minuature accident

pre-production has already begun for "knowledge in fibers". production is scheduled for early july 09. The entire video will be filmed on a miniature set custom designed and built.

04.20.09 - beer's red carpet

I'll be heading to the 16th annual big rock eddies on june 1 09. I submitted a poster and got into the top 12, very cool. anne warren (seen in the plasma music video) and I worked on the poster last month. It was cool to work with anne again. thanks anne. www.bigrockbeer.com
